UC Berkeley Students Need Your Help!

Survey: Bus Safety & Accessibility

Dear NOSSA,

We are students at UC Berkeley taking a business course in new product development and working on a team semester project focused on bus transit safety and accessibility. The goal of our project is to develop a product that improves bus interiors for all passengers in particular riders of short stature.

We are currently doing a user needs assessment to understand the opportunity for a new product and we were wondering if it would be possible to ask for your experiences and perspectives as bus riders.

We have included a few survey questions below. Feel free to answer any or all of them.

Thank you in advance for your time. Your opinion is valuable to help us design our product.
